Terms of Service

*some exceptions for options may be made for regular clients, Patrons, and friends.

By commissioning me you agree to the TOS listed below.
I work full time & attend college. I may be unable to reply or work on commissions at certain points. Please allowed up to 72 hours for a response. Commission turn around can range from a few days to 4 months depending on my schedule. If you have not received a sketch within 3 months or if turn around goes past 6, you may ask for a refund. Commissions are generally finished in a month.I will draw/do;
-canines, felines, ask about other species
-traditional and digital pet portraits
-Edits to finished art IF I still have the fileI will not draw/do;
-NSFW or sheaths. DO NOT ASK. no exceptions.
-Anthro
-Logos, tattoos, or commercial use work
-Refs, badges, pixels, custom designs

Design TOS

You can;
-Edit my designs or redesign
-Request designer credits for "drastic" redesigns
-ASK to edit over my artYou CAN'T;
-Delete my designs off toyhou.se (deleted designs/collabs WILL be reuploaded for archive)
-Sell designs to blacklisted users
-Make NSFW edits to my art
-Redesign & reupload as your own design. I CAN add you as a designer.

Blacklist + rules

While I don't generally believe in design revoking, I reserve the right to revoke designs to protect my work. You will be notified upon blacklisting if I will revoke designs from you.
I do not put reasons for my blacklist to prevent harassment or misinformation. If you wish to be removed, I maybe open to discussing it.
Do not sell/trade/gift designs to the users below;

Reasons you may be blackisted;
-repeatedly backing out of sales
-harassment
-sending unsolicited NSFW

-engage in transphobia, homophobia, or other hateful ideologies
